Turn left on Old Lenoir Road at Far East Motors. Turn left onto 12th Avenue NW. Go to 1st traffic light and turn left at 6th Street NW. 6th Street becomes 16th Avenue NW. At 2nd stop light turn right onto 2nd Street NE (Hwy. 127) at Fast Photo. Turn left onto 14th Avenue NE at BB&T. You can go 1 more block and at the light turn left at Checkers. Hickory High School will be on the right. |
Maiden High School Home of the Blue Devils
Starting from Hibriten High School, travel to the Hickory area via Highway 321. Continue on Highway 321 to the Startown Rd. Exit. Turn Left onto Startown Rd., go 500 yards and turn right at the caution light onto West Maiden Rd. Go approximately 3 miles and the entrance to the school will be on the left (sign at the top of the hill.)

Conover High School Starting from Hibriten, turn left onto Hwy 18. Turn left onto Hwy 321 S toward Hickory. Turn right onto I-40 at the Statesville exit. Stay on I-40 until the Fairgrove Church Road exit. Turn right off ramp. At first traffic light, take left onto Hwy 70. At first traffic light, take right onto 321 S. Go to second traffic light and turn left onto 20th Street. Go one block and turn right onto Ashe Ave. School is one block on right.

St. Stephens High School From Hibriten, turn left on Hwy 18. Turn left onto Hwy 64-90. After passing Little River Fire Department on the right (about 5 miles), continue to the next intersection and turn right onto Morris Creek Rd. Follow this road straight for several miles (you'll go through two stop signs) until this road meets Hwy 127. Turn right onto Hwy 127. Go through Bethlehem, cross the Catawba County bridge. When you get to the first stop light at the top of the hill, turn left. You will go through a couple lights until you get to the end of this road and meet Springs Road. Turn left onto Springs Road. The school will be at the next light on the left (look for the green sign) After turning left, the school is straight ahead. (Turn right at end of road to go to the soccer field.)

West Caldwell Starting from Hibriten High School, turn left onto NC-18 for 2.6 miles. At McDonald's turn left onto US-64 for 4.1 miles. At the Gas House turn right onto Beecher Anderson Road for .1 mile. At the light, turn left onto West Caldwell Drive .2 mile. Total 7.0 miles: Travel Time 15 minutes.
