The Athletic Department of Hibriten High School invites all rising ninth grade athletes and their parents to an athletic orientation meeting on Thursday, Mach 9, at 6:30. The meeting will be held in the theater. Following the meeting, students and parents will take a brief tour of the school and athletic facilities. All of our coaches will be available to answer sport specific questions. Some topics to be covered in the meeting include the following:

	Difference between middle school athletics and high school athletics
	Athletic eligibility
	Random Drug Testing
	NCAA Eligibility Requirements
	Freshmen Academy, Academic Scheduling, and Athletics.

Athletes and parents will have an opportunity to meet with our coaches. All coaches will have information regarding practice schedules, game schedules, team selection procedures, as well as other important information. All athletes that attend will receive a Hibriten Athletic T-shirt.
