CCS 2025-2026 Curriculum Guide: Students will begin regiestration February 3.

Elective Fair January 27-31: During all 3 lunches. Students can check out elective course offerings for next school year.

🐾Panther Reminders🐾

It is important for students to attend school each day and be on time for student academic success. Tardy and absence policies will be enforced. Please see below for tardy and absence reminders. Please see the student handbook for more information.

- Students with more than 40 unexcused total class absences, 10 all-day unexcused absences, or 10 unexcused tardies for the entire year are NOT eligible to attend prom.

- 3 tardy in one class equals 1 absence for exam exemption purposes.

- 6 tardies equals loss of driving privileges for 5 days.

- 7 tardies equals loss of driving privileges for 10 days.

- 8 tardies equals loss of driving privileges for the remainder of the semester.

If students are absent they need to bring a hand written note from their parent or guardian and upload that note to the Excusing a Class Absence Google Form using the QR codes provided in the front lobby or at the bottom of the website homepage. Notes must be uploaded within 5 days of an absence to be counted as an excused absence.

Chromebook Reminders

It also important that students bring their school Chromebook or personal device everyday to school with their charger, charged and ready go go. Much of their classwork is done on a device and teachers will not allow students to use their cell phones as a device to do class work. If a student needs a school Chromebook they can see Mrs. Johnson in the media center for a Chromebook check-out form.

✨ Prom Contract Info ✨

Prom contracts must be signed by students and parents in order for students to be eligible for prom. Students recieved contracts in their class meetings. If they did not receive a contract they can pick one up in the front office. View or print contract here.

Contracts are due back by Friday, January 31! Please put contratcs in the envelope on Mrs. Hampton-Hogan’s door, A-8. DO NOT INTERRUPT HER CLASS TO TURN IN CONTRACTS!

Even if you don’t plan to go to prom, plese return the contract in anyway, in case you decide to go later.

Early Sign-Out Form

Please fill out the form below and attach a photo of a hand-written note if you need your student to sign-out early from school. Students must be present for one hour of each class to be counted present for that class.

Excusing a School Absence Form

Please fill out the form below and attach a photo of a hand-written note for your student to receive an excused absence from school. The form and your note must be submitted no later than 5 days after your absence to be excused. If notes are not submitted within 5 days of your absence you will recieve an unexcused absence.

Senior Information

Senior dues are $110.00. This includes senior dues and the basic cap and gown package. Please pay your fees as soon as possible to avoid late fees. You can pay with cash or check to Mrs. Stallings, Mrs. Bailey, Mrs. Angie, or Mrs. Watson. You can also pay online using the link below.
